How to Style White on White

The Monochromatic {defined as using only one color} style hit the trend scene last spring and has evolved each season. You’ll notice bolder monochromatic styles with varying shades and textures in layers this fall, but, white on white is the perfect monochromatic choice for summer!

Cynthia, Kerrie, Luisa and I have teamed up to host a linkup {see below} and this weeks theme is white on white, my favorite summer monochromatic trend!

I wore this look for a morning at the Farmer’s Market {which had to start with iced coffee with this Georgia heat}. I paired a classic cotton tank with white skinnies to keep my look casual and added a white scarf to make it chic. Since there are limited shades of white {off white was not an option} I paired gold accessories to add definition to the look. Pairing casual pieces with a few chic pieces is perfect when you don’t know when your day will take you. This look is appropriate for a casual morning browsing local produce or dining on the French restaurant’s patio down the street.
